About Your Reservation

Can I make a reservation by phone or email?
For reservations by phone, please call the Henn na Hotel Customer Center (050-5894-3782). We apologize, but we do not accept reservations by email.
When does the cancellation fee apply?
For reservations of 10 people or fewer, charges will apply from the day before. The cancellation fee is 20% for the day before, and for the same day or if there is no notification, you will be responsible for the full amount.
For reservations of 11 to 99 people, fees will apply starting 20 days in advance. For more details on cancellation fees, please see here (Appendix Table 2).
How many rooms can be booked in one reservation?
You can book up to 4 rooms. For 5 or more rooms, please make a group reservation. Contact our call center for assistance.
I would like to confirm my reservation details. How can I do that?
If you made a reservation through the Henn na Hotel call center, you can confirm it by contacting the call center. If you wish to check your reservation yourself online, please do so via the official website under "Accommodation Reservations" by selecting "Confirm/Change/Cancel Reservation" or through the "Accommodation Reservation Confirmation Email."
If you made a reservation through a website other than the official homepage, please contact the website where you made your reservation.
Can I change or cancel my reservation by phone or email?
If you made a reservation through the Henn na Hotel call center, you can make changes or cancellations by phone.
If you apply through the website, please complete the procedures on each website where you applied.
Until when can I make changes from the official website?
Changes are possible until 11:59 PM the day before, but changes to the number of guests or rooms may not be processed depending on room availability.
Is it possible to pay by credit card?
It is possible. However, due to security reasons, we can only handle cards that have an IC chip and are set with a PIN code.
* We apologize for the inconvenience, but other cards, including UnionPay cards, are not supported for robot check-in.
*If the PIN is not entered, the credit card cannot be used.
Can I receive a qualified invoice or receipt (invoice)?
Yes, reservations from the official site can be made with both prepayment and payment on site.
If you make a reservation with prepayment from the official booking site, you can also use the WEB receipt from My Page.

It has been confirmed that advance payments on some overseas reservation sites do not comply with Japan's domestic invoice system (qualified invoices and receipts).

If you make a reservation with prepayment through these overseas booking sites, the hotel cannot issue a receipt.
Reservations made through overseas booking sites will only receive a receipt from the hotel if payment is made on-site.

Also, for domestic travel sites in Japan (such as Rakuten Travel and Jalan Net), if payment is made in advance, receipts cannot be issued at the hotel.

Is there parking available?
There is no parking available on the hotel premises, but you can use nearby affiliated parking lots. For more details, please refer to the Access page.
How many minutes is it from the nearest station on foot?
●4-minute walk from Exit 11 of "Tameike-Sanno" Station on the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line and Ginza Line
●5-minute walk from Exit 5 of Akasaka Station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line
●8-minute walk from Exit 10 of Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line and Ginza Line "Akasaka Mitsuke" Station (Landmark: Akasaka 2-chome Police Box Intersection)
What time is check-in and check-out? (Can it be extended?)
Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Checkout time extension is available from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at a rate of 1,500 yen (tax included) per hour.
Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
There are self-lockers and a baggage port on the 2nd floor, so please use them. There are size restrictions, so if your items do not fit, please consult the front desk.
* Self-locker size: Height 70cm, Width 19cm, Depth 50cm.                                                                       Retrieval of luggage on days other than the check-in/check-out day will incur a fee. It is 2,000 yen per room per night. (Example) If you leave your luggage for 3 nights, the fee will be 6,000 yen.                        * A fee will also be charged if you store luggage across multiple days. (Example) If you check out on 1/1 and check in again on 1/2 (not consecutive nights, with a gap between stays), a fee of 2,000 yen per room per night will be charged.                                                                                                                        
Is it possible to check in after 12 AM?
It is possible. However, since the hotel entrance is locked after midnight, please ring the intercom located outside next to the entrance.
I have a reservation for a short stay. Is it possible to check in before 6 PM on the day?
An additional fee of 1,500 yen per hour is available. However, depending on the room availability, we may not be able to accommodate your request. We apologize for the inconvenience, and please contact the hotel for more details.
Can I change the scheduled check-in time?
It is possible. If you check in between 3:00 PM and 11:59 PM, there is no need to contact the hotel. Please notify the hotel if you will be arriving after midnight.
Please tell me about children sleeping with parents.
Children under 6 years old can stay for free when sharing a bed with an adult.
One child can stay free of charge per room.
The use of beds for children only and sharing a bed with those aged 6 and older will incur the same room charge as adults.
No amenities, towels, or pillows will be provided for children sleeping with adults.
What should I do if I want to include breakfast for a child sharing a bed?
Please request changes to your reservation or at the front desk on the day of your stay.
Are there baby beds or bed guards available?
We do not offer that service. Additionally, due to the structure of the room, we are unable to provide assistance with moving the beds together.
Is it possible to stay with only minors?
If you are under 18 years old, a consent form from a parent or guardian is required for your stay.
* Guests under 15 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.

Is it possible to use the restaurant on the day?
Available for use. Breakfast tickets can be purchased. Please contact the hotel staff.
For uses other than breakfast, please come directly to the restaurant. For business hours and more, please see the restaurant page.

Did I leave something behind at the hotel?
Storage regulations vary depending on the item.
[Valuables] We will notify you as soon as they are found. If we are unable to contact you, we will keep the items at the hotel for 7 days and then turn them over to the police as lost property on the 8th day.
[Food and Beverages] Due to hygiene issues, we will dispose of items immediately without storage.
[Other Items] After 14 days of storage, items will be disposed of on the 15th day. (The hotel will not contact you.)

About the Building and Room Facilities

Are there rooms where smoking is allowed?
The entire building is non-smoking. There are no smoking areas available.
If you wish to smoke, please use the nearest public smoking area.

*The designated smoking area at Tameike-Sanno Station Exit 9 is the nearest, about a 4-minute walk from the hotel.

If smoking is confirmed inside the guest room or within the facility, we will charge for the cleaning fee due to smoking and compensation for the loss of room sales.
Cleaning fee for smoking in the guest room: 20,000 yen per room (tax included)
Room closure fee due to smoking in the guest room: Number of room closure days × 20,000 yen (tax included)
Do you have accessible rooms?
We have universal rooms available, but there is a limited number of guest rooms. For more details, please contact our customer center at (050-5894-3782).
Can guests come and go freely 24 hours a day?
Basically, entry and exit are free, but the main entrance will be locked from 00:00 to 06:00 for security reasons.
When locked, please unlock by touching your room key to the card reader at the main entrance. If you do not have a room key, please notify the hotel staff using the intercom outside the main entrance.
What is the automatic cleaning machine "LG Styler"?
This is a closet-type home cleaning machine.
By filling the interior with steam, it is possible to disinfect and deodorize clothing that cannot be washed in a washing machine.
Additionally, it is possible to remove wrinkles and dirt such as pollen and dust through vibration.

Is the bath and toilet separate?
It varies depending on the room type. Only the LG Styler Room Twin has a separate bath with a washing area, while other rooms have unit baths.
Please tell me the size of the bed.
Semi-double: 140 cm. Double: 160 cm. Twin: 100 cm. Triple: 100 cm + sofa bed has been delivered.
What amenities are available in the guest rooms?
Bath towel / Face towel / Hair dryer / Shampoo / Conditioner / Body wash / Slippers / Toothbrush set / Tea 
* Please use the amenity bar in the lobby on the second floor for other amenities.
The amenity bar offers razors, hair brushes, body towels, cotton swabs, and nightgowns (adult size, one size only).
What is a gown?
One-piece type with thin fabric, available only in 120 cm size (for in-room use only)
* All are for adults; we do not provide gowns for children. Shoulder width 65 cm, chest circumference 62 cm, length 120 cm.
How many card keys are there?
At check-in, you can select the number of issued cards according to the number of guests (up to 3 cards).
Is Wi-Fi available?
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
Is there international broadcasting available on the in-room television?
There is none.
Is there pay-per-view television?
There is none.
Is there a laundry service or rental of a trouser press?
Unfortunately, we do not have that available. We have rooms equipped with similar features (LG Styler).

Is there a coin laundry in the hotel?
Available on-site (for a fee). There are two washing machines and two dryers. Please feel free to use them.
・Washing once → $4.50
・Drying 20 minutes → $2.00
Is there an ice machine?
Located on the 2nd floor in the laundry area. Please feel free to use it.
Is there a microwave?
It is installed on the second floor of the building. Please feel free to use it.
Is there a vending machine?
We have vending machines installed on the 1st floor. Please feel free to use them.
Are pets allowed to stay?
Not possible.

About Services and Facilities

Is there a fitness gym?
Yes, there is a gym on the premises that guests can use free of charge 24 hours a day. If you wish to use it, please feel free to contact the front desk. The service is available from after check-in until before check-out.
Is currency exchange available?
A foreign currency exchange machine is installed near the entrance of the restaurant on the 1st floor.
Are there no human staff? If I feel unwell during my stay, will a robot assist me?
Hotel staff are available 24 hours a day. In case of an emergency, hotel staff will respond.
What security measures are in place?
We monitor with security cameras 24 hours a day.
The hotel is locked at night, so external guests cannot enter.
Additionally, the elevator to the guest room floors cannot be used without a card key.
Can I send my luggage, such as a suitcase, to the hotel in advance?
It is possible, but please adhere to the following.
■Method: Please be sure to use prepaid shipping. Cash on delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances. (Temporary payment is also not allowed)
■Shipping time: Please send the package with the date specified as the day before or the day of your stay.
Please be sure to include the "Check-in Date" and the "Guest Name" in full on the slip when sending. We will not be able to accept it if we cannot confirm the reservation.
■Important Notice: We regret to inform you that we do not accept valuables, fragile items, electrical appliances, perishable goods, frozen or refrigerated items, hazardous materials, items with strong odors, or any luggage that our facility deems as such, as well as any luggage we refuse based on its contents.
In that case, the shipping/return costs will be borne by the customer (cash on delivery, etc.). Thank you for your understanding.
Is there a delivery service from the hotel?
Available. Reception is open at the front desk until 11:00 AM. Cash on delivery only. Total of 3 sides must be 160 cm or less, and weight must be within 25 kg (Yamato Transport).
Airport mailing service is not available.
(Note) For prepaid shipments, refrigerated delivery, or oversized packages, please bring them directly to the nearest "Yamato Transport Akasaka 2-chome Center" to the hotel.

Is there room service? (Can you deliver a birthday cake, etc.?)

Is it okay to leave unwanted items like trash behind?
Please only dispose of items generated during your stay. Please take home any bulky waste such as suitcases (items with any side longer than 30 centimeters).
If disposal becomes necessary, a disposal fee will be charged. *3,000 yen per item
Is there a stroller rental available?
There is none.
Is there a convenience store nearby?
Exit the main entrance and proceed to your right. There is a "7-Eleven" convenience store a 1-minute walk away.
