The Henn na Hotel group meets the participation criteria for the government-initiated GoTo Travel program and is recognized as a participating accommodation facility by the Japan Tourism Agency in the GoTo Travel program. We are currently preparing to enable direct reservations through our official website and phone for the GoTo Travel campaign application process. We will provide information on our official reservation site as soon as preparations are complete.
Note: Facilities in Tokyo are currently not eligible for the GoTo Travel Campaign.
[ Strengthening of Sanitation Standards ]
■Employee Preventive Measures
We implement basic preventive measures such as employee gargling, hand washing, disinfection using agents, and wearing masks.
・Temperature checks are conducted for employees upon arrival, and they fill out a health management sheet.
■Measures for the Front Desk, Lobby, and Shared Areas within the Facility
・Contactless check-in and check-out with employees is available (excluding Ginza).
・Hand sanitizer is provided at the hotel entrance and front desk.
We regularly disinfect contact points that multiple people touch (touch panels, payment machines, door knobs, phones, elevator buttons, vending machines, game machines, etc.). (Available 24 hours)
・The front entrance and windows are unlocked for ventilation.
■Measures in Guest Rooms
- We will ensure thorough ventilation during cleaning.
We will focus on disinfecting contact points that multiple people touch (such as light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, etc.).
We have introduced individually packaged paper cups in place of the melamine cups in the bathroom and the mugs set up in the bedroom.
■Measures in the Restaurant
・Hand sanitizers are available for customer use in the restaurant. We kindly ask you to sanitize your hands.
・Contact areas (toilets, waiting seats, cashiers, etc.) are regularly disinfected using disinfectant. Additionally, tables and seats are disinfected before the next customer is guided to them.
・We kindly ask that you wear a mask when not eating and refrain from loud conversations.
Except for some restaurants, meals are served in a one-plate or cafeteria style rather than a buffet.
- In buffet service locations, we will increase the frequency of replacing and exchanging dishes and tongs.
・Social distancing will be maintained by reducing the number of seating tables.
[Request to Customers Regarding Infection Prevention Measures]
・We kindly ask for your cooperation with the temperature check upon arrival. (The Automatic Temperature Check System is scheduled to be implemented in all facilities by August 2020)
We ask that you use the hand sanitizer provided in the hotel and wear a mask.
If symptoms such as fever, cough, or sore throat are confirmed, we may ask you to follow the instructions from the health department or medical institutions and to remain in your room or refrain from going out.
・There may be restrictions on the number of people and time limits in shared facilities such as dining areas and large public baths.
