Notice of Power Outage Inspection Throughout the Building [Wednesday, September 24]

Thank you very much for always choosing Henn na Hotel Tokyo Akasaka.
A power outage inspection will be conducted throughout the hotel on the following date and time.

From 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Wednesday, September 24, 2025

There will be a power outage inspection throughout the entire building, so electricity cannot be used inside the facility.

Elevators, laundry facilities, and electrical appliances in guest rooms (air conditioning, television, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, indoor lighting, toilet, intercom, etc.) are also unavailable.
* The hotel side will also have all reservation systems and phones unavailable.
* During work, we cannot accept or retrieve luggage for guests checking in or out on the same day.

Please note that late check-out and early check-in will not be available on September 24.

*During this work, guests checking in and out on the day will not be able to drop off or retrieve their luggage.

Late check-out/early check-in is not possible on Sep 24th.
