Notice of Building-Wide Power Outage Inspection [Tue, September 29]

Thank you very much for always choosing Henn na Hotel Tokyo Akasaka.

A power outage inspection will be conducted throughout the hotel on the following date and time.

Tuesday, September 29, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

There will be a power outage inspection throughout the entire building, so electricity cannot be used inside the facility.

Elevators, laundry facilities, and electrical appliances in guest rooms (air conditioning, television, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, indoor lighting, toilet, intercom, etc.) are also unavailable.
* During work, we cannot accept or retrieve luggage for guests checking in or out on the same day.
* The hotel side will also have all reservation systems and phones unavailable.

Please understand that late check-out and early check-in cannot be accommodated on that day.

*The hotel’s reservation system and telephone will also be unavailable.
*During this work, guests checking in and out on the day will not be able to drop off or retrieve their luggage.

Late check-out and early check-in will not be available on the day.
