Notice of Changes to Cancellation Fees and Consumption Tax Regulations

The cancellation policy has changed for reservations made from today, April 1st.

The new cancellation fees are as follows.

20% the day before

100% on the day

No Show 100%

Up to 10 people

* For reservations made before March 31, the previous cancellation policy will apply.

[Consumption Tax Change]

For reservations made on or after April 1st, the consumption tax will be 10%.

Reservations made on this official site include tax in the total price.

*Reservations until 3/31

　For stays after October 1, a full payment is required as a condition, and an 8% transitional measure will apply.
