About Your Reservation

Can I make a reservation by phone or email?
For reservations by phone, please call the Henn na Hotel Tokyo Asakusa Tawaramachi Customer Center (050-5210-5250). We apologize, but we do not accept reservations by email.
How many rooms can be booked in one reservation?
You can reserve up to 4 rooms. For 5 or more rooms, please make a group reservation. Please contact the customer center for inquiries.
I would like to confirm my reservation details. How can I do that?
You can confirm your reservation record made at the Henn na Hotel Customer Center at the Customer Center.
If you would like to check it yourself online, please do so through the official website's "My Page" or the "Accommodation Reservation Confirmation Email."
If you made a reservation through a site other than the official website, please contact the site where you made the reservation.
Can I change or cancel my reservation by phone or email?
Only those who have made a reservation at the Henn na Hotel Customer Center can make changes or cancellations.
We apologize, but we do not accept changes or cancellations to reservations made by phone or email.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you applied online, please complete your application on the same website.
Please contact the customer center when you have applied through the customer center.
Until when can I make changes from the official website?
We accept reservations until 23:59 the day before, but changes to the number of guests or rooms may not be possible depending on availability.
When does the cancellation fee apply?
For reservations of 10 people or fewer, charges will apply from the day before. The cancellation fee is 20% for the day before, and for the same day or if there is no notification, you will be responsible for the full amount.
For reservations of 11 to 99 people, fees will apply starting 20 days in advance. For more details on cancellation fees, please see here (Appendix Table 2).

About Your Stay

What time is check-in and check-out? (Can it be extended?)
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
A fee will be charged for use beyond the checkout time.
From 11:00 to 13:00, it is 1,500 yen (tax included) per hour. After 13:00, we will charge 100% of the accommodation fee, only if there are available rooms on the same day.
Is it possible to check in after 12 AM?
It is possible. However, after 12:00 AM, the hotel entrance will be locked, so please call or ring the intercom next to the entrance.
Can I check in earlier than the scheduled time?
It is possible. If you check in by 23:59, no contact is necessary. If it will be after midnight, please inform the hotel.
Please tell me about children sleeping with parents.
Children under 6 years old can stay for free when sharing a bed with an adult.
Single room for 1 person (plus 1 child can sleep with you), double room for up to 2 people (plus 1 child can sleep with you), twin room for up to 2 people (plus 2 children can sleep with you), twin extra room for up to 3 people (plus 2 children can sleep with you)
Family suite for up to 4 people (plus 3 children can sleep with you), corner suite for up to 3 people (plus 2 children)Using a bed for children only or having children aged 6 and older sleep with you will incur the same room charge as for adults.
No amenities, towels, or pillows will be provided for children sleeping with adults.
Are there baby beds or bed guards available?
We do not have baby beds. We offer bed guards for rental, so please contact the front desk (limited availability).
Is it possible to stay with only minors?
If you are under 18 years old, a consent form from a parent or guardian is required for your stay.
If the accompanying person is under 18 years old, they must also submit their information. *If a person under 15 years old is staying, they must be accompanied by a guardian.

How many minutes is it from the nearest station on foot?
2 minutes on foot from Tawaramachi Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. 4 minutes on foot from Exit 4 of Tawaramachi Station on the Ginza Line.
6 minutes on foot from Toei Oedo Line Kuramae Station Exit A4.
10 minutes on foot from Asakusa Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and Toei Asakusa Line.
5 minutes on foot from Tsukuba EX Asakusa Station Exit A1.
Is there parking available?
Unfortunately, we do not have a parking lot exclusively for our guests. Please use the nearby coin parking facilities. We have one coin parking space on the premises, but it is outsourced, so you will need to handle the procedures yourself, and we cannot assist you with this. Can large buses stop in front of the hotel entrance?
It is possible in front of the entrance (Kokusai Street). However, depending on the situation, we will guide you to the side of the hotel (one-way).
Is it possible to use the restaurant on the day?
You can use it. Please come directly to the restaurant. *Depending on the situation, operations may not be conducted on the day. Thank you for your understanding.

Did I leave something behind at the hotel?
Storage regulations vary depending on the item.
[Valuables] We will notify you as soon as they are found. If we cannot reach you, we will keep them at the hotel for 7 days and then report them to the police as lost property on the 8th day.
[Food and Beverages] Due to hygiene issues, we will dispose of items immediately without storage.
[Other Items] After 14 days of storage, items will be disposed of on the 15th day. (The hotel will not contact you.)

If I book multiple rooms, can you arrange for adjacent rooms?
We will accept your request. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the congestion on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
If you would like, please reserve a "connecting room" (a room with a double and twin room connected) or
an "adjoining room" (two twin rooms next to each other).

Unfortunately, there is no microwave available in the hotel.

About Services and Facilities

Are there any services for anniversaries?

We will prepare it with care to ensure a memorable stay. *Please make a reservation for balloon art at least 5 days before your stay. Towel art and message cards can also be prepared. If you wish, please contact us in advance. *We cannot prepare these if you do not consult with us beforehand. *We do not provide or store food, nor do we keep items in the refrigerator at the front desk. *You are welcome to bring your own cake.
Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
You can store your luggage for free on the day of check-in/check-out. Please use the baggage port in front of the elevator on the 2nd floor or the luggage lockers at the back of the 2nd floor. Storing luggage on days other than check-in/check-out will incur a fee of 2,000 yen per room per night. (Example) If you store luggage for 3 nights, the cost will be 6,000 yen.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?
It is possible, but please adhere to the following.
■Method: Please be sure to use prepaid. We cannot accept any packages sent as cash on delivery. (Temporary cash on delivery is also not allowed.)
■Shipping: We kindly ask that you send your package on the day before your stay or on the day of your stay.
Additionally, when sending, please be sure to write the 'Name of the Booker' in full on the invoice.
■Notes■ We cannot accept perishable items, hazardous materials, items with unpleasant odors, cash, valuables, pharmaceuticals, correspondence, fragile items, dangerous goods, or packages that require temperature and humidity control, such as cool delivery.
In that case, the shipping/return costs will be borne by the customer (cash on delivery, etc.). Thank you for your understanding.
Is there a delivery service?
Shipping is available at the FamilyMart on the first floor.
Is there room service? (Can you deliver a birthday cake, etc.?)

What security measures are in place?
We monitor 24 hours a day with security cameras installed inside and outside the hotel.
The hotel is locked after midnight, so only guests can enter.
Additionally, the elevator to the guest room floors cannot be used without a card key.
