[Important] Notice of Cleaning Changes for Extended Stays

[Important] Starting February 1 (Tuesday), we will change the cleaning operations for consecutive stays.

Today, we would like to inform you about the eco-friendly cleaning for consecutive stays that will begin in February.

At Henn na Hotel, we have been working towards the protection of the global environment in line with the SDGs by reducing the use of resources such as water and energy.
We will start eco-friendly cleaning for consecutive stays to further raise awareness of the environment and protect our limited resources.

●Contents of Eco Cleaning for Extended Stays●

Eco cleaning is based on the premise that we do not change the linens (bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, gowns) for guests staying multiple nights.

Regular cleaning will be conducted once every three days, including the exchange of linens for hygiene reasons.

If you would like regular cleaning, please contact the front desk by 9:00 AM.
Please choose a cleaning start time from 09:30 to 13:00..
