Thank you for your patience. Starting from 12:00 PM on October 20, 2022 (Thursday), we will begin selling reservations for the national travel support on our hotel's official website.

After 12:00 PM on October 20, 2022 (Thursday) is only applicable to customers who have made a reservation with a stay plan.
Customers who made reservations on dates other than those listed above, as well as customers with existing reservations, will be excluded, so please be aware of this in advance.

"Currently, Tokyo Plus" is a campaign that offers a 40% discount on travel costs.
Additionally, coupon vouchers worth up to 3,000 yen per person per night will be distributed for use at restaurants and other establishments.
National Travel Support (National Travel Discount) starts on October 11, 2022, and is scheduled to end on December 20. *Until check-out on December 21.

Q: Can I use this in conjunction with the Tokyo sightseeing promotion project "More Tokyo"?
A: It can be used together. Please obtain the ["More Tokyo" usage coupon] from the "Coupon Acquisition" of your usage plan and make your reservation.
In the case of combined use, the discount amount for "Currently Tokyo Plus" will be calculated based on the amount after applying the More Tokyo usage coupon.

Q: What is the National Travel Support?
A: The "National Travel Support" is a tourism demand stimulation measure implemented by the government targeting the entire country. A discount of 40% of the travel cost will be applied. (The maximum discount amount per person per night is 5,000 yen, and for travel packages including transportation, it is 8,000 yen.)
Additionally, coupon vouchers that can be used locally (3,000 yen on weekdays and 1,000 yen on holidays) will be provided at check-in at the accommodation.  

Q: How much can I save with the National Travel Support?
A: The support level for the national travel assistance program is announced as follows. Discount amount: 40% Maximum discount amount (per person per night): 5,000 yen *For travel packages with transportation 8,000 yen
Regional coupon (per person per night): 3,000 yen on weekdays, 1,000 yen on holidays  

Q: What services are eligible for discounts under the National Travel Support program?
A: The "Discount Application" applies to domestic stays and domestic tours (airfare + accommodation / airfare + accommodation + rental car). Additional meals not included in the accommodation plan and additional payments made on the premises are not eligible.
Additionally, we do not offer JR and Shinkansen package tours hosted by our hotel.  

Q: How can I receive the discount for the National Travel Support program?
A: To apply a discount of up to 40% on travel expenses through the National Travel Support program, you must meet the eligibility requirements and check the box for "Apply National Travel Support Discount" on the official site reservation screen.

My Number Card, driver's license, driving history certificate, passport, residence card, special permanent resident certificate, documents proving possession of national qualifications such as marine engineer license, disability certificate and other welfare certificates, seaman's book, war injury and sickness certificate, identification documents issued by national or local government agencies, etc.

Q: What happens to the regional coupon if I partially cancel my trip (such as reducing my stay) after receiving it?
A: If there is a change in your stay details (e.g., shortening the length of stay) after check-in, and the number of regional coupons granted decreases, please be sure to return the unused regional coupons to the accommodation where you received them.

Q: Will already booked trips be eligible for the national travel support discount?
A: This does not apply. You will need to make a new reservation.

Q: What happens if I do not meet the criteria for "vaccination history and test result verification" at hotel check-in?
A: You will need to make a new reservation under a plan that is not eligible for discounts and does not offer same-day discounts.

Q: What happens if a companion does not meet the criteria for "vaccination history or test result confirmation" in a reservation for multiple people?
Only those who do not meet the criteria for "confirmation of vaccination history and test results" will be excluded from the discount.

Q: What is the difference between the National Travel Support and the Prefectural Discount?
A: The differences between the National Travel Support and the Prefectural Discount are as follows.

Q: What about extending my stay or late check-out?
A: Additional stays not included in your reservation will be treated as a separate booking and will not be eligible for discounts. Additionally, late check-outs and any additional purchases made on-site that are not included in the accommodation plan, as well as paid rental equipment, will not be eligible for discounts.
