(2) Presentation of a "certificate confirming that you reside in Tokyo" (such as health insurance card, driver's license, My Number card, etc.)
(3) Presentation of a "certificate confirming that there is a cohabitant (a person not using this service)"
(such as health insurance card, driver's license, My Number card, etc. of the cohabitant (a person not using this service)) *Copy is acceptable
(4) Submission of a "pledge" *A negative certificate for COVID-19 infection is required, either through a negative test result or a testing kit.
