In the July Henn na Hotel lounge, we will spotlight the recently rebranded Watermark Hotel Okinawa Miyakojima from June, featuring "The sparkle of salt, summer sky. Experience coolness with salt shaved ice ~ Breeze from Miyako. Forget the summer heat and enjoy a blissful moment ~"!
Inspired by the famous mangoes of Miyako Island, we have prepared Miyako Island-style mango shaved ice.
In addition to the sweetness of cut mango and mango syrup, we add the saltiness of Miyakojima's "Yukishio" salt.
Please enjoy the harmony of sweet and salty flavors with a refreshing chill.
You can also enjoy a total of four flavors, including three other types of syrup.
