Today, we would like to introduce the hotel that opened in Daimyo on March 6th of this year.
Introducing Taiwan Castella Jiufen🏮🏮 (Kyufen)🏮🏮😃.

We sell freshly baked plain Taiwanese castella (900 yen) at the store.
No preservatives used, with the rich flavor of fresh eggs, everyone will be amazed by the fluffy texture!
Like authentic Taiwanese castella, it is also characterized by being cut into larger pieces, making it a delightful gift for souvenirs.

I went to the store at the time the food was ready, and just being near the store, a wonderful aroma wafted through the air.
I tried the cool castella (450 yen) and it was amazing 😋 It had a strong egg flavor, and the cream was sweet and quite filling.
I tried to see if I could eat the plain one, but I gave up as I couldn't get that far because I was full.
If you take it home and heat it in the microwave for 30 to 60 seconds, the flavor will return just like when it was freshly made.

In these times when it's difficult to travel due to the pandemic, let's at least feel like we're in Taiwan! 🏮
