1. Start Date of the New Internet Accommodation Reservation System
Starting from December 22, 2021 (Wednesday) at 12:00 PM.
The internet reservation system (old system) will no longer be available, so please be advised in advance.

2. Regarding Membership Registration Information (Request for Password Reset in the New System)
The registration information of customers who registered in the old system will be transferred to the new system, but you will not be able to use the password registered in the old system.
After switching to the new system on December 22, 2021 (Wednesday),a password reset is required during the first login.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please reset your password upon your first login.
* Password changes will be possible after December 22, 2021 (Wednesday) at 12:00 PM.
* Please note that the personal information you register will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

3. About Your Reservation (For Customers Using the Old System)

Reservations made through the old system for stays on or after December 22, 2021 (Wednesday) will remain valid, so you can proceed with your stay as planned.
▼Customers who wish to confirm or cancel their reservations after 12:00 PM on December 22, 2021 (Wednesday)▼
For confirmations and cancellations of stays booked before 12:00 PM on December 22, 2021 (Wednesday) using the old system, please use the old system.
Please note that reservations made through the old system cannot be confirmed on the new system screen.

We cannot accept changes to reservations made before 12:00 PM on December 22, 2021 (Wednesday). Please cancel your reservation made through the old system and make a new reservation through the new system. Alternatively, please contact each hotel directly regarding your reservation.

4. About New Member Registration and Changes to Member Information
Due to the system migration, we will temporarily suspend services on December 19, 2021 (Sunday).
