The registration information of customers who registered with the old system has been transferred to the new system, but you cannot use the password registered with the old system.

Reservations made under the old system for stays on or after December 22, 2021 (Wednesday) will remain valid, so you can continue with your stay as planned.

4. About the email address that can be used for member registration / login (RFC compliant)

Email addresses that meet the following conditions do not comply with the globally accepted Internet communication standards (Request for Comments) or may contain characters that are not usable on this site, and therefore cannot be used for member registration information, login, or inquiries.

1. If it contains symbols other than half-width alphanumeric characters and "-", "_", ".", "+", "?", "/"
2. When using '.' consecutively
3. When using "." at the beginning and end (just before the @)
If it exceeds 64 characters in the left part before 4.@
5. If the entire email address exceeds 256 characters
