This is an announcement for a joint event in December at Henn na Hotel Tokyo Ginza, Henn na Hotel Tokyo Nishikasai, Henn na Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi, and Henn na Hotel Fukuoka Hakata.


At this month's Henn na Hotel lounge, December's theme is "Let's make a Christmas plate" & "Wine"
- Enjoy a variety of items inspired by the sweetness of figs and wine for Christmas -.

Actually, Aichi Prefecture is the second largest producer of figs in Japan!

The company "Yamashin Sangyo Co., Ltd. Hanabirasha," who cooperated with us this time,
handles not only domestically produced local fruits such as figs, but also food ingredients processed from flowers centered on cherry blossoms, as well as roses, hibiscus, and leaves like mint and green perilla.

For the Christmas plate making, we will provide toppings including
Hanabirasha × Henn na Hotel fig puree.

How about making an original Christmas plate with castella, whipped cream, strawberries, and fig puree
