Ishikawa Prefecture is famous for its roasted green tea, and among them, Kaga Bocha is a specialty product of Ishikawa characterized by its roasted aroma and natural sweetness, made by roasting the stems of tea leaves.

Also, Ishikawa Prefecture has many popular hot spring areas such as the "Kaga Onsenkyo," which consists of four hot spring towns, and "Wakura Onsen" on the Noto Peninsula. Hot spring manju are also loved by tourists and locals alike.
