Located a 5-minute walk from Hamamatsucho Station, it is the "Tokyo Ramen Tower Shiba Daimon Main Store" specializing in dipping noodles and ramen.
I ordered the standard "Tsukemen".
The restaurant has only a counter, but the medium-thick straight noodles are refreshing, and just one bite makes you want to eat them again right away♪
The balance with the soup was excellent, and I ended up enjoying it all the way to the last soup dilution!
Not only the dipping noodles, but the special ramen is also recommended by the manager, so why not come and visit at least once?
