[Important] The cleaning operation will change starting February 1 (Tuesday).

We have been working on environmental protection for some time,and we will further raise our awareness of the environment,

From February 1 (Tuesday), for guests staying multiple nights,it is assumed that linens (bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow covers, gowns) will not be changed.

We will conduct eco cleaning.

 

The details of the eco cleaning are as follows.
・Bed Making
・Trash Collection
・Towel Exchange
(Cleaning of sinks, bathrooms, and dishware, as well as vacuuming, are not included in eco cleaning.)

*If you would like regular cleaning, please inform the front desk by 9:00 AM.
(Please choose a cleaning start time between 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM.)

 

In addition, for hygiene reasons, we will conduct regular cleaning, including linen changes, once every four days.

(Note: Depending on the condition of the linens, the cleaning staff may decide to change the linens even if it is not the fourth day.)
