If your schedule allows, we recommend avoiding the time slot between 3 PM and 4 PM for your arrival, as this will enable a smoother check-in process.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Additionally, during other times, depending on the situation of our guests, there may be congestion, so we would appreciate your understanding in advance.
●To customers using the National Travel Support (Discount)
Customers participating in the National Travel Support program are required to confirm "identity verification and residence verification" and "proof of three vaccinations or proof of a negative PCR test conducted within the last three days" for all guests before check-in. We ask that you complete the necessary documentation. Please note that if you do not have these documents, you will not be able to receive the National Travel Support discount and regional common coupons.
All guests must complete the check-in process together, and please note that no coupons can be issued before check-in.
