The Excellent Fire Prevention Target Certification System (commonly known as the Excellent Mark System) is a system that allows the fire chief to display a mark (the Excellent Mark) indicating that a building is recognized as excellent in fire prevention and is a fire-resistant and safe building.
The Excellent Mark is a certification of a safe and secure building recognized for its fire safety excellence.
