Information on Eco Cleaning for Guests Staying Multiple Nights

 

Thank you very much for always using Henn na Hotel Kanazawa Korinbo.

We have been working on environmental protection for some time, and we aim to further raise awareness about the environment,

Linen items (bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, gowns) for guests staying multiple nights

We conduct eco-friendly cleaning based on the premise of not making exchanges.

The details of the eco cleaning are as follows.
Bed Making
Garbage Collection
Towel Exchange
(Cleaning of sinks, bathrooms, and dishware, as well as vacuuming, is not included in eco cleaning.)

*If you would like regular cleaning, please inform the front desk by 9:00 AM.
(Please choose a cleaning start time between 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM.)

For hygiene reasons, we will conduct regular cleaning, including linen changes, once every three days.

(Note: Depending on the condition of the linens, the cleaning staff may decide to change the linens even if it is not the third day.)

This is an initiative to protect limited resources.
