About Your Reservation

Can I make a reservation by phone?
We also accept reservations by phone.
We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Can I cancel or change by phone?
We apologize, but we do not accept changes or cancellations to reservations made by phone or email.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you applied online, please complete the procedures on the website where you submitted your application.
Until when can I make changes from the official website?
It is possible until 23:59 the day before.
Please note that if you change the number of people or rooms, there may be no available rooms for the change.
I would like to confirm the reservation details
If you would like to check it yourself online, please do so through the official website's "My Page" or the "Accommodation Reservation Confirmation Email."
If you made a reservation through a site other than the official website, please contact the site where you made the reservation.
How many rooms can be reserved in one booking?
You can reserve up to 4 rooms. For 5 or more rooms, please make a group reservation. Please contact us by phone.
When does the cancellation fee apply?
For reservations of 10 people or fewer, charges will apply from the day before. The cancellation fee is 20% for the day before, and for the same day or if there is no notification, you will be responsible for the full amount.
For reservations of 11 to 99 people, charges will apply from 20 days in advance.
Non-refundable, prepayment only plan; early bird discount plan 60 days in advance cannot be canceled or changed once a reservation is made.
Please note that this plan is non-refundable even if you cancel.

About Your Stay

What time is check-in and check-out? (Can it be extended?)
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
A fee will be charged for use beyond the checkout time.
From 11:00 to 13:00, it is 2,000 yen (including tax) per hour. After 13:00, we will charge 100% of the accommodation fee, only if there are available rooms on the same day.
* Henn na Hotel members can extend their stay for 1,000 yen (including tax) per hour.
*If there are special notes for the plan, those will take precedence.
Is it possible to check in after 12 AM?
It is possible. However, after 12:00 AM, the hotel entrance will be locked, so please call or ring the intercom next to the entrance.
If you contact us in advance after 12:00 AM, we will be able to assist you more smoothly.
Please tell me about children sleeping with parents.
Children under 6 years old can stay for free when sharing a bed with an adult.
Up to 2 children can stay in the same room.
No amenities, towels, or pillows will be provided for children sleeping with adults.
Children using a bed alone and children aged 6 and older will incur the same room charge as adults.
Is it possible to provide a baby bed or bed guard?
We apologize, but we do not have that available at our hotel.
Is it possible to stay with only minors?
If you are under 18 years old, a consent form from a parent or guardian is required for your stay.
* Guests under 15 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.

How many minutes is it from the nearest station on foot?
It is about a 9-minute walk from Rinku Town Station on the Nankai Airport Line / JR Kansai Airport Line.
Q. Can you issue a qualified invoice or receipt (invoice)?
A. Yes, reservations made through the official website can be issued for both prepayment and payment on site.
If you make a reservation with prepayment from the official booking site, you can also use the WEB receipt from My Page.

Please note that some overseas booking sites' prepayments have been confirmed to not comply with Japan's domestic invoice system (qualified invoices and receipts).

If you make a reservation with prepayment through an overseas booking site, the hotel will not be able to issue a receipt, so we recommend making your reservation through the official booking site.
Reservations made through overseas booking sites will only receive a receipt from the hotel if payment is made on-site.

Also, please note that when making reservations through domestic travel sites in Japan (such as Rakuten Travel, Jalan.net, etc.), if you choose prepayment, a receipt cannot be issued at the hotel.

How can I use the parking lot?
Hourly parking: 40 spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations via the web or other means are not accepted.
Can large buses stop in front of the hotel entrance?
Parking is available. However, space is limited, and there may be a possibility that we cannot accommodate on the day, so we recommend making a reservation in advance. The fee is 2,500 yen per night.
Can you call a taxi at the hotel?
We ask that you take care of this yourself.

There are beverage vending machines on the 1st and 2nd floors.
The snack vending machine is located on the second floor.
There is also an ice cream vending machine installed on the way to the bathing area.
What is a gown?
The fabric is thin, and it is a jinbei type with a separate top and bottom. (Available in two colors for indoor use: brown and pink)

Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
It is possible. Please let the staff know.

Is it possible to send luggage to the hotel in advance?
It is possible, but please adhere to the following.
■Method: Please be sure to use prepaid. We cannot accept cash on delivery at all. (Temporary cash on delivery is also not allowed.)
■Shipping: We kindly ask that you send it the day before your stay or on the day of your stay.
Additionally, when sending, please be sure to write the 'Name of the Booker' in full on the invoice.
■Notes■ We cannot accept perishable items, hazardous materials, items with unpleasant odors, cash, valuables, pharmaceuticals, correspondence, fragile items, dangerous goods, or packages that require temperature and humidity control, such as cool delivery.
In that case, the shipping/return costs will be borne by the customer (cash on delivery, etc.). Thank you for your understanding.
Is there a delivery service?
Cash on delivery shipping from the hotel is available.
Can I check in earlier than the scheduled time?
It is possible. If you check in by 23:59, no contact is necessary. If it will be after midnight, please inform the hotel.

What security measures are in place?
We monitor 24 hours a day with security cameras installed inside and outside the hotel.
The hotel is locked after midnight, so only guests can enter.
Additionally, the automatic doors to the guest room building cannot be used without a card key.
