At Henn na Hotel, we are enhancing convenience for our guests.

We have changed our internet reservation system starting from December 22, 2021 (Wednesday).

 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our valued customers as we transition to the new system, and we sincerely ask for your understanding and cooperation.

 

1. Start Date of the New Internet Accommodation Reservation System

 

Operational from 12:00 PM on December 22, 2021 (Wednesday).

The internet reservation system (old system) is no longer available, so please be advised in advance.

 

2. About Membership Registration Information (Request for Password Reset in the New System)

 

The registration information of customers who registered with the old system has been transferred to the new system,

You cannot use the password registered with the old system.

You need to reset your password during your first login.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we kindly ask you to reset your password.

3. About Your Reservation (For Customers Using the Old System)

 

▼Customers who have made reservations for stays on or after December 22, 2021 (Wednesday) by 12:00 PM on December 22, 2021▼

Reservations for stays made on the old system after December 22, 2021 (Wednesday) will remain valid, so you can stay as planned.

 

▼Customers who make a reservation by December 22, 2021, at 12:00 PM, and wish to confirm or cancel their reservation▼

For reservations made before 12:00 PM on December 22, 2021 (Wednesday) using the old system, please use the old system for confirmation and cancellation of your stay.

Please note that reservations made with the old system cannot be confirmed on the new system's screen. Thank you for your understanding.

 

▼Customers who made a reservation by December 22, 2021, at 12:00 and wish to change their reservation▼

We are unable to accept changes to reservations made before 12:00 PM on December 22, 2021 (Wednesday). Please cancel your reservation made with the old system and make a new reservation with the new system. Alternatively, please contact each hotel directly regarding your reservation.

4. About the email address that can be used for member registration / login (RFC compliant)

 

Email addresses that meet the following conditions may not comply with the globally accepted internet communication standards (Request for Comments) or may contain characters that are not usable on this site, and therefore cannot be used for member registration information, login, or inquiries.

 

  1. If it contains symbols other than half-width alphanumeric characters and "-", "_", ".", "+", "?", "/"

2. When using '.' consecutively

3. When using "." at the beginning and end (just before the @)

If it exceeds 64 characters in the left part before 4.@

5. If the entire email address exceeds 256 characters
