For customers who have already made a reservation on the official site

Thank you very much for your reservation at Henn na Hotel Kansai Airport.

Reservations for nationwide support on the official website will begin on October 14 at 12:00 PM.
We apologize for the long wait.

From October 11, 2022 (Tuesday) to December 20, 2022 (Tuesday)
*Accommodation only until check-out on December 21, 2022 (Wednesday)

◆Eligible Persons◆
Residents of Japan

*Proof of residence in Japan must be confirmed by identification.
* A history of three vaccinations for the novel coronavirus or confirmation of a negative test result is required.

◆Implementation Details◆
A subsidy of 40% will be applied to the accommodation fee (including tax).

* The maximum subsidy amount per person per night is 5,000 yen.
* Activity fees and transportation costs not included in the travel package are not eligible.
※The accommodation fee (including tax) is not applicable if it is less than 5,000 yen on weekdays and less than 2,000 yen on holidays.

The accommodation fee per person per night is calculated by subtracting any applicable subsidies from the total accommodation fee for all guests, divided by the total number of guests, divided by the number of nights.

For customers who have already made a reservation, please cancel your current reservation once and
make a new reservation that applies to the national support program.

The applicable plan is the one that includes "Welcome to Osaka from all over Japan 2022" in the plan name.

Q: What is the National Travel Support?
A: The "National Travel Support" is a tourism demand stimulation measure implemented by the government targeting the entire country. A discount of 40% of the travel cost will be applied. (The maximum discount amount per person per night is 5,000 yen, and for travel packages including transportation, it is 8,000 yen.)
Additionally, coupon vouchers that can be used locally (3,000 yen on weekdays and 1,000 yen on holidays) will be provided at check-in at the accommodation.  

Q: How much can I save with the National Travel Support?
A: The support level for the national travel assistance program is announced as follows. Discount amount: 40% Maximum discount amount (per person per night): 5,000 yen *For travel packages with transportation 8,000 yen
Regional coupon (per person per night): 3,000 yen on weekdays, 1,000 yen on holidays  

Q: What services are eligible for discounts under the National Travel Support program?
A: The "Discount Application" applies to domestic stays and domestic tours (airfare + accommodation / airfare + accommodation + rental car). Additional meals not included in the accommodation plan and additional payments made on the premises are not eligible.
Additionally, we do not offer JR and Shinkansen package tours hosted by our hotel.  

Q: How can I receive the discount for the National Travel Support program?
A: To apply a discount of up to 40% on travel expenses through the National Travel Support program, you must meet the eligibility requirements and check the box for "Apply National Travel Support Discount" on the official site reservation screen.

Q: Please provide specific information about the documents required for identity verification and residence verification.
A: For documents required for identity verification and residence verification, please check the requirements of your prefecture. [Examples of documents required for identity verification and residence verification]
My Number Card, driver's license, driving history certificate, passport, residence card, special permanent resident certificate, documents proving possession of national qualifications such as marine engineer license, disability certificate and other welfare certificates, seaman's book, war injury and sickness certificate, identification documents issued by national or local government agencies, etc.

Q: What happens to the regional coupon if I partially cancel my trip (such as reducing my stay) after receiving it?
A: If there is a change in your stay details (e.g., shortening the length of stay) after check-in, and the number of regional coupons granted decreases, please be sure to return the unused regional coupons to the accommodation where you received them.

Q: Will already booked trips be eligible for the national travel support discount?
A: Reservations made before the nationwide support response will be excluded. You will need to rebook your reservation.

Q: What happens if I do not meet the criteria for "vaccination history and test result verification" at hotel check-in?
A: You will need to make a new reservation under a plan that is not eligible for discounts and does not offer same-day discounts.

Q: What happens if a companion does not meet the criteria for "vaccination history or test result confirmation" in a reservation for multiple people?
Only those who do not meet the criteria for "confirmation of vaccination history and test results" will be excluded from the discount.

Q: What is the difference between the National Travel Support and the Prefectural Discount?
A: The differences between the National Travel Support and the Prefectural Discount are as follows.

Nationwide Travel Support: Nationwide (prefectures that do not wish to participate are excluded)
Resident Discount: Only within the implementing prefecture

Nationwide Travel Support: Residents of all prefectures
Resident Discount: Residents of the implementing prefecture or neighboring prefectures

Q: What about extending my stay or late check-out?
A: Additional stays not included in your reservation will be treated as a separate booking and will not be eligible for discounts. Additionally, late check-outs and any additional purchases made on-site that are not included in the accommodation plan, as well as paid rental equipment, will not be eligible for discounts.

Q: About the Advance Delivery of Coupons
A: This will be provided after check-in.
