Switching Work Period

Important Notes for Use
Since the switching work will be carried out sequentially for each room,
during the above period, the following situations may coexist even within the same room type.
・Rooms where the theater has been removed and a TV has been installed
・Rooms where the theater equipment is still installed
Therefore, even if the room type name you reserved or the description on the booking site
includes terms like 【Theater】,
you may not be able to use the theater on the day of your stay.
Thank you for your understanding in advance.
During the switching period, rooms with and without theater equipment will coexist,
but if you contact us at least one week before your stay date,
we will try to accommodate your request as much as possible.
However, please understand that we cannot guarantee this.
After the theater removal, you will be able to watch terrestrial broadcasts and others on the TV in the room.
Also, room names may differ depending on the booking site,
but after the above switching period ends, there will be no rooms with theater equipment at our hotel.
For customers who booked with the intention of viewing via the theater,
if you wish to cancel due to the renovation, cancellation fees will be waived.

and a note stating "Cancellation request due to theater room renovation."

Important Notice
The renovation work will be conducted gradually on a room-by-room basis.
Therefore, during the above period, the following room conditions may coexist even within the same room type:
Rooms where the theater has already been removed and a TV installed
Rooms where the theater system is still available
As a result, even if your reserved room name or booking site description includes the term “Theater,”
the in-room theater may not be available on the day of your stay.
We appreciate your understanding.
During the transition period, both rooms with and without theater systems will be available.
If you contact us at least one week prior to your stay, we will do our best to accommodate your request;
however, please note that we cannot guarantee availability.
After the theater system has been removed, guests may enjoy terrestrial TV broadcasts in their rooms.
Please also note that room names may vary depending on the booking site; however,
after the above renovation period, there will be no guest rooms equipped with theater systems at our hotel.
If you booked your stay specifically for the purpose of using the in-room theater and wish to cancel due to this renovation,
we will waive the cancellation fee.
