Guide for receiving admission tickets for those staying with the "Henn na Hotel" Laguna Ten Bosch admission ticket package

The check-in time at Henn na Hotel is from 3:00 PM, and we often receive inquiries about wanting to play at Laguna Ten Bosch before that! For those guests, we will guide you on how to receive your admission ticket to Laguna Ten Bosch. Depending on your arrival time, the pickup location and parking may vary. Please check the flow for admission in advance, and on the day of your visit, we hope you can enter smoothly and enjoy your time!
For those with a one-day admission ticket plan to Laguna Shia, you can choose either the day of your stay or the day after your stay. (No prior notice is required!!)

Receive your admission ticket at the Laguna Shia ticket booth

If you arrive at Laguna Ten Bosch before 15:00, your admission ticket to Laguna Ten Bosch will be provided at the Laguna Ticket Booth. Guests with the Henn na Hotel Laguna admission ticket package can park their cars in the Laguna parking lot.
* The parking fee will be refunded upon presenting the receipt at the Laguna Sia ticket booth.
*If there is availability in the Henn na Hotel parking lot, you may park your vehicle.

Check in at Henn na Hotel after 3:00 PM

Please check in at Henn na Hotel between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. (Note! Check-ins between 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM may be crowded.) Henn na Hotel parking is also available for your use.
* The Laguna Shia parking lot will not allow exits after 11:00 PM. Please be aware.

Re-entry to Laguna Shania is possible only on the day of your visit!

Check in to Henn na Hotel! Receive your Laguna Sia admission ticket

If you arrive at Laguna after 3:00 PM, first check in at Henn na Hotel! You will also receive your Laguna Sia admission ticket at check-in. Please call the staff at the Henn na Hotel reception. You can park your car in the Henn na Hotel parking lot.

Enter Laguna Ten Bosch!

Drop off your luggage in your room and off to Laguna Ten Bosch!! You can enter Laguna Ten Bosch directly from Henn na Hotel. Same-day re-entry to Laguna Ten Bosch is allowed.
* It is possible to receive admission tickets at Laguna Ten Bosch after 3:00 PM.
