Hotel Accommodation Reservations and Cancellations

Can I make a reservation by phone or email?

When making a reservation by phone, please call the Henn na Hotel Maihama Tokyo Bay Customer Center (050-5894-3737).
We apologize, but we do not accept reservations via email.

Can I change or cancel my reservation by phone or email?

We apologize, but we do not accept changes or cancellations to reservations made by phone or email.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you applied online, please complete your application on the same website.
Please contact the call center when you have applied through the call center.

When does the cancellation fee apply?

For reservations of 10 people or fewer, charges will apply from the day before. The cancellation fee is 20% for the day before, and for the same day or if there is no notification, you will be responsible for the full amount.
For reservations of 11 to 99 people, fees will apply starting 20 days prior. For details on cancellation fees, please see Henn na Hotel Maihama Tokyo Bay Accommodation Terms (Appendix 2).
* Depending on the plan and schedule, there may be different cancellation policies. There are also non-refundable plans. Please check at the time of your reservation.

Hotel Check-In and Stay Information

Is there a parking lot? Can parking be secured?

Yes, we have it.

If you would like to use the reserved parking lot early in the morning, please book for two days, including the day before and the day of your stay, in the same parking space.

Is there a shuttle bus or other transportation from Maihama Station?

Yes, we have it.

During times when the shuttle bus is not available, please use the Tokyo Bay City Bus (local bus) or a taxi.

What time is check-in and check-out? (Can it be extended?)

Check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is until 11 AM.
Early check-in is not available.
Late check-out is available until 1 PM. An additional fee of 1500 yen applies until 12 PM, and 3000 yen applies until 1 PM. Extensions beyond 1 PM will incur an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay at the current rate.

Can I change the check-in time?

No need to notify us of changes in time. Please check in between 3 PM and midnight.
If it seems that you will exceed 24:00, please contact us in advance. The hotel entrance will be locked at 24:00.

Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

We will hold your luggage at the front desk before and after check-in.
Please call the staff using the internal phone located behind the sofa on the first floor.
*We cannot accept valuables, fragile items, or food and beverages, so please be aware of this in advance.
* After checkout, we will hold your belongings until 12:00 AM on the same day.
* There are paid coin lockers available inside and around Maihama Station.

Is it possible to stay with only minors?

If you are under 18 years old, a consent form from a parent or guardian is required for your stay.
* Guests under 15 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.

Please tell me about children sleeping with parents.

Children under 6 years old can stay for free when sharing a bed with an adult.
The room capacity at our hotel is set as follows, including children sleeping with adults.

・Twin: Maximum 3 guests (including children under 6 years old sharing a bed)
・Triple: Maximum 4 guests (including children under 6 years old sharing a bed)
・Corner Twin: 3 adults + 2 children under 6 years old sharing a bed

Please note that we cannot accept reservations for more than the maximum capacity.
No amenities, towels, or pillows will be provided for children sleeping with adults.

Example 1: For 2 adults and 2 children sharing a bed, please make a reservation for a triple room.
Example 2: In the case of 2 adults and 1 child sleeping together, there is a sofa between the beds in the twin room, and the beds cannot be pushed together.
If there is a problem with the separate beds, please let us know in advance if you would like to use the sofa bed (usage fee 3000 yen) or make a reservation for a triple room.

Did I leave something behind at the hotel?

Storage regulations vary depending on the item.
[Valuables] We will notify you as soon as they are found. If we are unable to contact you, we will keep the items at the hotel for 7 days and then turn them over to the police as lost property on the 8th day.
[Food and Beverages] Due to hygiene issues, we will dispose of items immediately without storage.
[Other Items] After 14 days of storage, items will be disposed of on the 15th day. (The hotel will not contact you.)

* Retrieval of lost items or shipping with payment on delivery will only be handled during the storage period. Long-term storage at the hotel is not possible.

What are the access methods from Maihama Station to Henn na Hotel Maihama Tokyo Bay?

We have a free shuttle bus for the hotel. Please see the access page for Henn na Hotel Maihama Tokyo Bay.
During times when the shuttle bus is not available, please use the Tokyo Bay City Bus (local bus) or a taxi.

How far is Henn na Hotel Maihama Tokyo Bay from Tokyo Disneyland®?

It takes about 5 minutes by car and about 20 minutes on foot from Tokyo Disneyland to the hotel.
It takes about 10 minutes by car from Tokyo DisneySea to the hotel.
Please note that there is no free shuttle bus from the parks to the hotel.
The hotel's free shuttle bus departs from Maihama Station.

About the Hotel Building and Guest Room Facilities

Do you have accessible rooms?

We have one room designed for wheelchair users, a universal twin room, which has almost no floor level differences.

If you wish to use it, please select the Universal Twin Room when making your reservation.
*In case of full occupancy, it may not be displayed in the search results.
The Universal Twin Room is a unit bath type with a bath and toilet in the same room. Additionally, there is no installation of 'Robohon'.

Do you have non-smoking rooms? Also, are there rooms where smoking is allowed?

The entire premises are non-smoking. Please refrain from bringing cigarettes and other smoking materials into the guest rooms.
*As of January 31, 2022, the smoking area has been abolished. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Can guests come and go freely 24 hours a day?

Basically, you can come and go freely, but for security reasons, the main entrance will be locked from 00:00 to 06:00.
Please touch your room key, or if you do not have one, please notify us using the intercom outside the main entrance.

Is it possible to push the beds together?

We sincerely apologize, but our hotel does not offer a service to arrange beds in advance.
It is possible to unfold the sofa bed in the guest room to make a bed, but we kindly ask that you do not assemble the bed or move the sofa yourself.
If you notify us by the day before your stay, we can provide a sofa bed and bedding for an additional fee. The usage fee is 3,000 yen.

About Hotel Meals, Breakfast, and Restaurants

Can I add breakfast after booking a plan without meals?

Yes. You can enjoy your meal by paying at the restaurant on the day.
No prior reservation is required.

What time is breakfast service available?

It will be from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

Are there lunch and dinner services available?

There are no lunch or dinner services.

Are there high chairs and utensils for children in the restaurant?

However, there is a limited quantity available.

Do you have a menu for food allergies?

There is no menu, but there are descriptions for each item (during buffet times). If you inform us in advance, restaurant staff can provide explanations.

Is there a vending machine in the hotel?

There are drink vending machines in the lobby and on each floor.
The ice cream and snack vending machines are located on the 6th floor.
The macaron vending machine is located on the first floor.
There are no alcoholic beverages.

Are there microwaves and ice machines in the hotel?

The lobby is located on the first floor, to the right of the elevator.

Hotel Services and Facilities

Are there no human staff? If I feel unwell during my stay, will a robot assist me?

Hotel staff are available 24 hours a day. In case of an emergency, hotel staff will respond.

This is a hotel serviced by robots, but what security measures are in place?

We monitor with security cameras 24 hours a day.
The hotel is locked at night, so external guests cannot enter.
Additionally, the elevator to the guest room floors cannot be used without a card key.

Is the internet available?

Free Wi-Fi is available in both the guest rooms and the lobby.

Is there room service? (Can you deliver a birthday cake, etc.?)

There is none.

Is there a laundry service?

There is none.

There is a coin laundry, Snowman (a 2-minute walk from the hotel), near the hotel.

Can I send my luggage, such as a suitcase, to the hotel in advance?

It is possible, but please adhere to the following.
■Method: Please ensure to use either prepaid or round-trip shipping. Cash on delivery is not accepted at all. (Temporary cash on delivery is also not allowed.)
■Shipping: We kindly ask that you send it on the day before your stay or on the day of your stay.
Additionally, when sending, please be sure to include the "Check-in Date" and the "Full Name of the Person Who Made the Reservation" on the invoice.
■Notes: We regret to inform you that we cannot accept any valuables, fragile items, electrical appliances, perishable goods, hazardous materials, refrigerated or frozen foods, or any luggage that emits an unusual odor, as well as any luggage that we determine to be unacceptable based on its contents.
In that case, the shipping/return costs will be borne by the customer (cash on delivery, etc.). Thank you for your understanding.

Payment at the hotel can be made using credit cards, QR code payments (excluding some brands), or cash.

Can I decorate the guest room for birthdays or celebrations?

You can prepare balloons and other items yourself and set them up after check-in, but the hotel cannot provide balloons, cakes, or assistance with setup.

To prevent the spread of infections, we kindly ask that you remove any decorations used before your departure.
If balloons or other items are left in the guest room, or if there is damage or dirt on the walls of the room,
we may charge additional cleaning or repair fees.

Q. Can you issue a qualified invoice or receipt (invoice)?

Yes, reservations from the official site can be made with both prepayment and payment on site.
If you make a reservation with prepayment from the official booking site, you can also use the WEB receipt from My Page.

Please note that some overseas booking sites' prepayments have been confirmed to not comply with Japan's domestic invoice system (qualified invoices and receipts).

If you make a reservation with prepayment through an overseas booking site, the hotel will not be able to issue a receipt, so we recommend making your reservation through the official booking site.
Reservations made through overseas booking sites will only receive a receipt from the hotel if payment is made on-site.

Also, please note that when making reservations through domestic travel sites in Japan (such as Rakuten Travel, Jalan.net, etc.), if you choose prepayment, a receipt cannot be issued at the hotel.
