[Important] Notice of Change in Cleaning Service Starting February 1

Thank you very much for always using Henn na Hotel Maihama Tokyo Bay.

At Henn na Hotel Maihama Tokyo Bay, we have been committed to environmental protection for some time, and we aim to further raise awareness of environmental issues,

February 1, 2022 (Tuesday) onwards, we will change the cleaning service content as below for the "Eco-Friendly Cleaning for Extended Stays".

■Eco Cleaning Details■

Assuming that linens (bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow covers, gowns) for guests staying multiple nights will not be changed,

We will only carry out the following.

 Bed Making

・Garbage Collection

Towel exchange

(Cleaning of the washbasin, bathroom, and dishware, as well as vacuuming, is not included in the eco cleaning.)

If you would like regular cleaning, please inform the front desk by 9:00 AM.

 For hygiene reasons, we will conduct regular cleaning, including linen changes, once every three days.
