How do you turn the lights on and off above the TV?


Please use the ON/OFF button on the lighting remote attached to the extension phone to operate it towards the nearby square ventilation outlet.

 The small humanoid robot "Robohon" can be operated by saying "Turn on the lights" or "Turn off the lights" when its eyes are orange.

 * Press and hold the head button for 2 to 3 seconds to make the robot's eyes glow white and activate silent mode. You can also deactivate silent mode by pressing and holding the button in the same way.

② How do I receive luggage that I sent to the hotel in advance or via round-trip? Can the hotel send luggage?


⇒We are accepting and returning items at the front desk on the first floor. Please request assistance from the staff using the receiver located near the black sofa at the back of the lobby.

 Shipping from the hotel is only available via cash on delivery with Yamato Transport. Please confirm in advance with the destination hotel whether they accept cash on delivery for shipments from other hotels.

 If you wish to ship with prepaid shipping, please use a nearby convenience store.

 Shipping from the hotel to each airport is not available.

What is included in the daytime cleaning for consecutive nights?


⇒When a white magnet is displayed on the guest room door, simple cleaning will be conducted between 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM, which includes exchanging trash and towels, and making the bed (only for beds without luggage).

 If the magnet is orange, the cleaning staff will not enter the room at all.

 If you would like regular cleaning services such as bathroom cleaning, cup washing, or changing of gowns and toothbrushes, please contact the front desk by 9 AM. (Regular cleaning hours are from 9:30 AM to 1 PM.)

④ Are there amenities for children?


Children's amenity set including a smaller toothbrush and slippers and a 120 cm size gown are available.

 We will provide it at the front desk on the first floor, so please request it from the staff using the receiver located near the black sofa at the back of the lobby.

⑤ What are the shuttle bus schedules and departure locations?


The schedule and departure locations may change depending on the season. Please check the latest information here.

Is there lotion or a foot massager?


⇒Our facility does not offer skincare products such as lotions or cleansers.

 There are convenience stores and drugstores within a 2-minute walk from the hotel, so please purchase skincare products and daily necessities there.

 The foot massager is available only in the corner twin rooms. It is not provided in the standard twin rooms or standard triple rooms.
