(1) I want to send luggage from the hotel.


⇒We can only send packages from this hotel by cash on delivery.
When you use this service, there is a slip near the black sofa on the first floor. Please write down the slip, pack the luggage you wish to send, and then call the staff at the nearby extension.
If you wish to send your luggage to another hotel, please inquire at the hotel whether they are able to receive your luggage on arrival by cash on delivery.
Please note that it is not possible to send luggage from this hotel to the airports.

(2) How can I arrange a cab?


⇒Please use the cab company’s direct dial phone located near the black sofa on the first floor of the hotel.

(3) Is there a laundromat?


⇒There is no laundromat in the hotel.
There is a laundromat called “Yukidaruma” within 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel, so please use that. (It is near Lawson convenience store.)

(4) Where is breakfast? How can I use it?


⇒The breakfast restaurant is located on the left side of the entrance on the first floor.
If breakfast is included in your room plan, please tell the staff your room number and the name of the representative right after entering the restaurant.
Guests with no meal plan can also eat breakfast if they pay a fee in cash (0 to 2 years old: free, 3 to 5 years old: 900 yen, 6 years old and older: 1,800 yen) when they enter the restaurant.
The restaurant is open from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
