Information on Eco Cleaning [For Guests Staying Multiple Nights]

At Henn na Hotel Maihama Tokyo Bay, we have implemented eco-friendly cleaning to protect limited resources.

[Eco Cleaning Details]
For guests staying multiple nights, we will not change linens (bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, gowns) and will only implement the following three points.

Bed Making

・Garbage Collection

Towel exchange

(Cleaning of the sink, bathroom, and dishware, as well as vacuuming, is not included in the eco-cleaning.)

If you would like regular cleaning, please inform the front desk by 9 AM.

For hygiene reasons, we will conduct regular cleaning, including linen changes, once every three days.

When you return, if you need any toothbrushes or amenities provided in the room,
please let us know using the internal phone provided in the room.
