①Cherry Blossoms at Nagoya Castle
Approximately 1,000 cherry trees of about 10 varieties, mainly Somei Yoshino and weeping cherry trees.
You can see both the castle tower and the cherry blossoms at the same time.
The Nagoya Castle Spring Festival is scheduled to be held from late March to early May 2023.
During the period from late March to early April, there will be lighting from sunset until 7:30 PM.

②Yamazaki River Seasonal Path Cherry Blossoms
Selected as one of the "100 Famous Cherry Blossom Spots in Japan," this is a famous cherry blossom location in Nagoya City. You can enjoy a quiet hanami while strolling along the Yamazaki River. A light-up event is planned for 2023.

③Higashiyama Zoo and Botanical Gardens in Nagoya
There is a "Sakura Corridor" in the botanical garden that features 100 varieties and 1,000 cherry blossom trees from across the country. You can enjoy various types of cherry blossoms, including early-blooming Kanzan cherry, late-blooming Satonishiki cherry, and Kenrokuen Kiku cherry with up to 200 petals.
