Our hotel has introduced the world's first fully automated luggage storage machine, "Baggage Keeper."
You can store your luggage for free before and after check-in.
An IC card (SUICA, ICOCA, PITAPA, etc.) or a dedicated card is required for deposit.
* Mobile IC cards cannot be used.
If you do not have an IC card, we have a dedicated card available next to the baggage keeper for your use.
Please return it to the collection box after use.
If your luggage does not fit in the box, please use the receiver at the front desk to call a staff member.
[How to Use]
～Luggage Storage～
① Select the deposit button
② Select the size of the luggage to be stored
③Touch your transportation IC card (SUICA, ICOCA, PITAPA, etc.) to the black card reader on the side of the screen
Please wait a moment as the box is coming down.
④The box door opens, so place your luggage inside
Press the completion button and the door close button to finish!
～When retrieving your luggage～
① Select the extraction button
② Touch the card you used for check-in
If you have used the dedicated card, please return it to the collection box on the right.
