New Hotel Openings in 2022

Notice
New Hotel Openings in 2022

We would like to inform you about H.I.S. Hotel Holdings Co., Ltd.'s new hotel developments for 2022.

We pursue our five core values of "Connection, Comfort, Innovation, Playfulness, and Productivity" to enhance the enjoyment of travel based on our hotels and to achieve convenience in business settings. By combining productivity and efficiency, we provide our customers with enjoyable experiences that add a touch of spice to their lives at a more reasonable price.
Since opening the first location, "Henn na Hotel Huis Ten Bosch," in Nagasaki in 2015, we now operate a total of 42 hotels across 8 brands: "Henn na Hotel," "Watermark Hotel," "Resort Hotel Kume Island," "Vison Hotels," "Manten no Tsuji no Ya," "Green World Hotel," "Guam Reef Hotel," and "Hotel Inspira-S Tashkent" in 7 cities across 6 countries (Japan, Bali, Taiwan, Guam, New York, Seoul, Uzbekistan).
In 2022, we are pleased to announce the opening of three new facilities in Miyako Island, Okinawa Prefecture; Aichi Prefecture; and Kagoshima Prefecture.

<Scheduled to open in August 2022 - Watermark Hotel & Resorts Okinawa Miyako Island>
Located on Sawada Beach in Miyako Island, Okinawa, selected as one of the "100 Best Beaches in Japan." Approximately 8 minutes by car from the famous Miyako Shimojishima Airport, known for its stunning 17-end views. All guest rooms offer an ocean view of the beautiful Miyako Blue sea, sunsets on the horizon, and starry skies. The hotel features three 4-story buildings with a total of 50 rooms, primarily 37㎡ rooms with large balconies and 9.5㎡, as well as 73㎡ rooms with a private garden and jacuzzi, equipped with a mini kitchen. An infinity pool is located on the rooftop of the main building.

Address: 1725 Maehara, Usawada, Irabu, Miyakojima City
Access: Approximately 8 minutes by car from Miyako Shimojishima Airport
Number of Rooms: 50 rooms in a 4-story building

Opening December 2022 - Henn na Hotel Express Nagoya Fushimi Station
The previous "Henn na Hotel" featured an entertainment-rich front desk with robots and holograms, but our hotel does not incorporate robots or visual technology. Instead, we have adopted a new system that allows check-in to be completed in as little as 30 seconds, which is reflected in our hotel name with the addition of "Express." By simply scanning the QR code issued at the time of reservation at the front desk system, a room key will be issued. We are conveniently located about a 3-minute walk from Fushimi Station, one stop by subway from Nagoya Station, making it ideal for both business and leisure.

Address: 1-1 Nishiki, Naka Ward, Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture
Number of Rooms: 110 rooms in a 14-story building

<Scheduled to open in December 2022 Henn na Hotel Kagoshima Tenmonkan>
The front desk features a "hologram" check-in system, where a projected character assists with check-in, ensuring a contactless experience that is safe even during the COVID-19 pandemic. For the first time at Henn na Hotel, a large public bath will be installed on the top floor, utilizing Phiten water, which is supported by athletes worldwide. Each guest room is equipped with the "LG Styler," a clothing cleaning machine that removes viruses, odors, and wrinkles. Located in the heart of Kagoshima's largest entertainment district, Tenmonkan, it is about a 15-minute walk from JR Kagoshima Station and approximately a 1-minute walk from the nearest Tenmonkan-dori Station, making it an ideal base for your travels.

Address: 1-31 Higashisenkoguchō, Kagoshima City, Kagoshima Prefecture
Number of Rooms: 90 rooms in a 12-story building
