Important Points to Note When Using

Only those who meet the following conditions ①, ②, and ③ are eligible to make a reservation.

① Being a resident of Tokyo and presenting identification
・A resident of Tokyo refers to a person who has an address in Tokyo at the time of booking and conducting the trip.
・Only those who can confirm that they are residents of Tokyo at check-in will be eligible (for all guests staying).
Please check the identification below.

~ List of Identification Documents ~
・National Health Insurance Card (Note 1: Social Insurance Card (health insurance card issued by private corporations, etc.) cannot confirm residence in the city, so it is not acceptable)
・Late-stage elderly medical insurance certificate
・National Health Insurance Senior Recipient Certificate (issued by the local government)
・Driver License
・My Number Card
・Certificate of residence (issued within 3 months from the date of travel).
Basic Resident Registration Card
・Long-term Care Insurance Certificate
・Child medical certificate (can also be used as proof of residence for the listed guardian)
・Residence card (special permanent resident certificate also acceptable)

② Individuals who have received three vaccinations or have confirmed a negative result through a PCR test or similar
・If vaccinated, please present one of the following.
* Vaccination certificate, vaccination record, vaccination proof, vaccination proof app (Digital Agency)

・Those with negative results from PCR tests or other examinations

・Please present a negative certificate (test result notification) after undergoing either a PCR test, antigen quantitative test, or antigen qualitative test in advance.
The test result notification must include all of the following items 1 to 7.
1. Name of the test taker 2. Test result 3. Test method 4. Testing facility name 5. Sample collection date 6. Name of the test administrator 7. Expiration date
Also, please note that the validity period of the test results is as follows.

[PCR Test / Antigen Quantitative Test] Conducted from three days before the start date of travel or accommodation
[Antigen Qualitative Test] Conducted from the day before the start date of travel or accommodation

③ Submission of Application Form
A submission of the application form is required when you stay.
