10/1 WEB Membership System Renewal

Thank you very much for using Henn na Hotel.

We have renewed the HIS Hotel Group's web membership system to make it more convenient and beneficial for you starting from October 1, 2023 (Sunday).

In the new membership system, we have introduced point exchange benefits that allow you to exchange points for early check-in, breakfast, and cash back. We have also set up three membership status levels based on your stay history to enhance the benefits for higher-ranked members.
In addition, we will give you 100 points for new registrations, which can be exchanged for a late check-out starting from your reservations after registering as a member (free).
