The taste established in the Meiji era, Yamakezenbei's "top quality domestic grilled eel" is now available at four Henn na Hotel locations nationwide.

Henn na Hotel Tokyo Ginza, Henn na Hotel Tokyo Nishi-Kasai, Henn na Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi, and Henn na Hotel Fukuoka Hakata will start selling "Unagi Kabayaki" from Uemura Sanbe, a sister store of Yamaka Honten, founded in the 5th year of the Meiji era, starting April 27 (Saturday).
"Grilled Eel" is a popular dish made with the finest domestic eel, grilled to perfection with a secret sauce passed down since the establishment in the Meiji era, allowing you to enjoy the taste of a renowned restaurant at the hotel.
