"10 Types of Japanese Tea Tasting" from the Japanese tea specialty store matchatrip is now available at Henn na Hotel Tokyo Asakusa Tawaramachi

Henn na Hotel Tokyo Asakusa Tawaramachi will start offering the "10 Types of Japanese Tea Tasting" from April 23 (Tuesday) at the specialty Japanese tea shop matchatrip. In addition to tasting 2 types of matcha, 4 types of sencha including gyokuro, hojicha, genmaicha, and Japanese black tea, you can also experience making your own matcha and enjoy matcha sweets.
Additionally, the staff from matchatrip, a tea farm in Uji, will provide detailed explanations about the history of Japanese tea, cultivation and processing methods, ways to enjoy it, and how to utilize it. The price is 6,500 yen (per person, tax included).
