[Update] Report on the Investigation Status Regarding the Possibility of Personal Information Leakage

We would like to report the current status of the investigation regarding the unauthorized access incident involving the external service operator (Rakus Light Cloud Co., Ltd.), to whom we outsource the distribution of our company’s email newsletter, as announced on October 22, 2026.

Upon receiving a report on the investigation status from an external specialized agency via the contracted company, as of today, no facts of personal information leakage concerning our hotel members have been confirmed. Additionally, regarding this matter, no misuse of personal information or occurrence of secondary damages has been confirmed.

We would like to once again sincerely apologize for the great concern and inconvenience caused to our hotel members and all related parties at the time of the initial announcement.
