The new cancellation fees are as follows.
20% the day before
100% on the day
No Show 100%
Up to 10 people
* For reservations made before March 31, the previous cancellation policy will apply.
For reservations made after October 1, 2019, a consumption tax of 10% will apply.
The rates on this official website include tax.
※ However, as a condition for full payment completed by 2019/3/31, we are also accepting reservations for stays after 2019/10/1 at a consumption tax rate of 8%.
