At Henn na Hotel Tokyo Nishi-Kasai,
We provide a free shuttle bus to Maihama Station every day.
We also have services that align with the opening and closing times of the theme park,
Leave your luggage at the hotel before check-in and take the shuttle bus to Maihama Station,
After enjoying until closing time, you can also return to the hotel by shuttle bus.
You can move around "easily" using the shuttle bus, and since it is for guests only, it is "safe".
Please make use of our hotel's shuttle bus!

*When boarding, please be sure to present your reservation confirmation document or screen if you are heading to the hotel, and a numbered ticket if you are departing from the hotel.
* Reservations are not accepted in advance for any time slots. (Excluding special plans on hotel reservation sites)
●Please check that you have not forgotten to load your luggage before boarding.
● There may be delays due to traffic conditions, and schedules may change without notice.
●If the bus is fully booked, you may need to take the next bus or may not be able to board. Thank you for your understanding.
* Service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not accept reservations, thank you for your understanding.
●For the time being, the 18:00 and 19:00 departures from Nishi-Kasai and the 21:30 departure from Maihama Station will be suspended. Thank you for your understanding.
Regarding the numbered ticket
When boarding the shuttle bus from the hotel to Maihama Station, a numbered ticket is required.
Please bring the number of users to the unmanned counter on the first floor, which will be prepared 30 minutes before each departure time.
*Once the distribution quantity is exhausted, it means that the capacity has been reached.
If you are unable to board the bus at your desired time and will be using the next bus, please take a numbered ticket 30 minutes before your intended time of use.
*Departure times and travel durations may be delayed due to weather conditions and road congestion.
* Departure times may change to align with the opening and closing hours of Tokyo Disneyland Resort.
*If you do not board after the departure time, you may not be able to use the service.
