This is Henn na Hotel Tokyo Nishi-Kasai.
Starting from August 10th, the Manten no Hidu Soba will open on the 1st floor restaurant.
We mill 100% domestic buckwheat flour in-house and
serve fragrant soba that is freshly milled, freshly made, and freshly boiled.
All products are blended with rice flour to reduce oil absorption.
You can enjoy a healthier and crispier finish compared to regular tempura.
