Taito City in Tokyo, where Asakusa is located, is the birthplace of the confection called "Monaka no Tsuki," the predecessor of the current Monaka sweets.
September means "Moon Viewing," so this month in the lounge, we will be offering autumn-themed chestnut-shaped monaka sweets!

We offer red bean paste and chestnut paste fillings, so please try making your favorite monaka♪
