If you would like to check by yourself on the web, please check from the "My Page" on the official website or from the "Accommodation Reservation Confirmation Email."<br>If you made a reservation from a site other than the official website, please contact the site where you made the reservation.

About Your Stay

(Question) It looks like I will be late for check-in
(Example answer) No need to contact us if you check in between 1:00 PM and 11:59 PM. If you will arrive after midnight, please notify the hotel at (06-6213-8700).
Is it possible to check in after 12 AM?
It is possible. However, since the hotel entrance is locked after midnight, please call us or ring the intercom next to the entrance.
What time is check-in and check-out? (Can it be extended?)
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. If you use the room past the check-out time, an extension fee will be charged. You can extend your stay for up to 2 hours at 1,500 yen (tax included) per hour. *Please note that extensions may be declined depending on the availability on the day.
Can I check in earlier than the scheduled time?
We apologize, but early check-in is not available at our hotel. Also, if you check in between 2:00 PM and 11:59 PM, no prior notice is required. If you plan to arrive after midnight, please contact the hotel.
Please tell me about co-sleeping with children
Children under 6 years old who share a bed with an adult will not be charged for accommodation. Bed sharing is limited to up to 2 children per room. Using a bed only for children or bed sharing for those aged 6 and over will incur the same room charge as an adult. Amenities, towels, and pillows will not be provided for children sharing a bed.
Are there baby beds or bed guards available?
We apologize, but our hotel does not have baby beds or baby guards.
Is it possible to stay with only minors?

About Services and Facilities

(Question) Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
(Example Response) On the day of check-in and the day of check-out only, guests can use the free lockers at the front desk exclusively for hotel guests.<br><br>If there are no available lockers, please rest assured that hotel staff will assist you.<br><br>If luggage left in the lockers is abandoned, it will be collected after 2:00 AM, and a fee of 1,000 yen per night will be charged from the following day.<br><br>Luggage left for more than two weeks may be disposed of.<br><br>Additionally, we cannot accept valuables, fragile items, fresh foods, frozen or refrigerated items, live animals, flammable products, or any other items deemed difficult for staff to store.<br><br>The hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to stored luggage.<br><br>Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Yes, it is available for free on the first floor. Please use the provided plastic cups.

Yes, it is located in the restaurant area, to the right side of the trash bin.
Is there a coin laundry in the hotel?
Yes, it is located on the first floor. You can do laundry and drying. Also, if you need coins, you can exchange them at the payment machine used during check-in.
Is there a microwave?
There is a microwave oven for breakfast in the restaurant area, but since the time and wattage are preset, items brought from outside cannot be used.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?
If you follow the instructions below, it will be possible.<br>■ Method: Please be sure to use "prepaid" shipping. We do not accept cash on delivery under any circumstances. (Temporary prepaid is also not accepted.)<br>■ Shipping time: Please send your package with a delivery date specified as the day before or the day of your stay. What security measures are in place?
Security cameras installed inside and outside the hotel are monitored 24 hours a day. The hotel is locked after midnight, so only guests can enter the premises.
