About Your Stay

What are the check-in and check-out times? (Can they be extended?)
At Henn na Hotel Express Osaka Namba Nipponbashi, check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM.
Use beyond the checkout time will incur an extension fee. From 10:00 to 12:00, a charge of 1,500 yen (tax included) per room per hour applies. After 12:00, if rooms are available on the same day, a charge of 100% of the accommodation fee will be applied.
Is it possible to check in after 12 AM?
It is possible. However, after 12:00 AM, the hotel entrance will be locked, so please ring the intercom located next to the entrance (outside).
Is it possible to stay with only minors?
If guests under 18 years old will be staying, a consent form from a guardian is required. (For guests under 15 years old, accompaniment by a guardian is mandatory.)

If children under 6 years old share a bed with an adult, there is no charge for the child's accommodation. Using a bed exclusively for children or sharing a bed for those aged 6 and over will incur the same room charge as an adult. Amenities, towels, and pillows are not provided for children sharing a bed.
How many minutes is it from the nearest station on foot?
It is a 1-minute walk from Kintetsu Namba Line Kintetsu Nipponbashi Station and Osaka Metro Sakaisuji Line / Sennichimae Line Nipponbashi Station Exit 6.
