About Your Stay

It looks like my check-in will be late.
No need to contact us if you check in between 14:00 and 23:59.
If you will be arriving after midnight, please contact the hotel at (06-6212-9300).
What are the check-in and check-out times? (Can they be extended?)
At Henn na Hotel Express Osaka Namba Nipponbashi, check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM.
Use beyond the checkout time will incur an extension fee. From 10:00 to 12:00, the charge is 1,500 yen (tax included) per room per hour. After 12:00, if there are vacancies on the same day, a full night's stay charge will be applied.
Is it possible to stay with only minors?
If guests under 18 years old will be staying, a consent form from a guardian is required. (For guests under 15 years old, accompaniment by a guardian is mandatory.)

Do you have non-smoking rooms?
The entire building is non-smoking. (Electronic cigarettes are also prohibited.) Please use the outdoor smoking area when smoking.
If smoking is confirmed in the guest room or facility, we will charge for the cleaning fee due to smoking and compensation for the loss of room sales.
Are the bath and toilet separate?
All rooms have separate baths and toilets.

It is possible, but please be sure to use "prepaid". We cannot accept any shipments that are "cash on delivery". (Temporary payments are also not allowed.) Please adhere to the following.
■Shipping: Please send it on the day before or the day of your stay. Additionally, when sending, please be sure to write the "guest name" in full on the invoice.
■Important Notice: We regret to inform you that we do not accept any valuables, fragile items, electrical appliances, perishable goods, hazardous materials, pharmaceuticals, letters, items with strong odors, temperature- or humidity-controlled shipments such as cool deliveries, or any items that our hotel deems as such, as well as any items we refuse based on their contents.
In such cases, shipping and return shipping fees will be borne by the customer (cash on delivery, etc.). Please understand this in advance.
