Two new "Henn na Hotel Express" locations opened in Osaka, reservations now accepted

Notice
Two new "Henn na Hotel Express" locations opened in Osaka, reservations now accepted

H.I.S. Hotel Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo) will open two new hotels in Osaka under the casual brand "Henn na Hotel Express" of Henn na Hotel.

Overview of "Henn na Hotel Express Osaka Namba Nipponbashi" and "Henn na Hotel Express Osaka Namba Nipponbashi Annex"
The casual brand of Henn na Hotel, "Henn na Hotel Express," will open "Henn na Hotel Express Osaka Namba Nipponbashi" on Monday, December 15, 2025, and "Henn na Hotel Express Osaka Namba Nipponbashi Annex" in mid-February 2026, respectively.

We will begin accepting reservations from Tuesday, November 11, prior to the opening.

The "Henn na Hotel Express" brand promotes the five core values of HIS Hotel Holdings: "Connected, Comfortable, Advanced, Playful, and Productive," along with the "Henn na Hotel" concept of "a hotel that promises to keep evolving." However, it does not incorporate entertainment elements such as robots and light holograms featured at the front desk of the traditional "Henn na Hotel." Instead, it adopts "Express Check-In," which completes check-in in as little as 10 seconds, focusing on enhancing customer convenience.

"Henn na Hotel Express Osaka Namba Nipponbashi" features rooms with separate bath and toilet for convenience, and also comes equipped with a spacious desk.
"Henn na Hotel Express Osaka Namba Nipponbashi Annex" is adjacent to "Henn na Hotel Express Osaka Namba Nipponbashi" and is a more casual, compact type of hotel that is easier to use.

Both hotels are located very close to Nipponbashi Station, served by four lines including the Osaka Metro, and are within walking distance of popular tourist spots such as Dotonbori and Kuromon Market, making them ideal bases for your trip.

HIS Hotel Holdings is promoting a multi-brand strategy to establish a global brand supported by customers worldwide. As the first phase of this strategy, the "Henn na Hotel" brand has been subdivided, with the creation of "Henn na Resort & Spa" as a resort brand and "Henn na Hotel Premier" as a premium brand.

As the second phase, we will newly open two hotels in Osaka under Henn na Hotel's casual brand, "Henn na Hotel Express," which offers easier access. With this, the brands operated by HIS Hotel Holdings will have a portfolio of three brands: upscale, mid-price, and economy, expanding to a total of 12 brands and 50 hotels.
Going forward, we aim to establish a top-tier luxury brand and operate 100 hotels worldwide by 2030.
