Let's celebrate the Peach Festival♡
Everyone, the chilly days continue, but how are you doing?
Welcome to Henn na Hotel Tokyo Hamamatsucho.
The Doll Festival, held to pray for the healthy growth of girls, is a traditional Japanese event with origins dating back to the Heian period. It is a festival that prays for good health and safety while wishing for the year's plans, and it came to be called the Doll Festival because March 3rd on the lunar calendar was the peach harvesting season. In modern times, it has evolved to suit the era and is enjoyed as an event to appreciate seasonal foods.
In Hamamatsucho, with the aim of modestly allowing you to experience Japanese culture, we have decorated with peach blossoms for the Hinamatsuri festival to be enjoyed visually, and we are welcoming everyone with these decorations starting today.
We sincerely look forward to welcoming you in March as well.
