At Henn na Hotel Kagoshima Tenmonkan, we have implemented eco-cleaning to protect limited resources.
Eco Cleaning Details
For guests staying multiple nights, we will not change linens (bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, gowns) under the premise that only the following three points will be implemented.

Towel Exchange
(Cleaning of the sink, bathroom, and dishware, as well as vacuuming, is not included in the eco-cleaning.)
*For the no cleaning plan, there will be no simple cleaning. Regular cleaning will only occur once every three days.
If you would like regular cleaning, please inform the front desk by 9 AM.
A cleaning fee of 2000 yen will be charged separately.
For hygiene reasons, we will conduct regular cleaning, including linen changes, once every three days.
When you return, if you need any items such as toothbrushes or amenities provided in the room,
please request them using the internal phone in your room.
