We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but due to the statutory inspection, a full building power outage will be carried out as described below.

* You may stay in your room until 11:00 a.m., but
Please be aware that all electrical equipment in the building, including the elevators, will be shut down sequentially.
* Due to the statutory inspection, we regret that we cannot accept late check-out or early check-in on that day.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
<Important Notes>
■ Emergency Light ・・・・・・ Installed in every room, either beside or under the desk.
Although the work will take place during the day, please check the location of the emergency light when you enter your room.
■ Elevator ・・・ Elevators will not be available during the power outage.
■ Electrical Appliances ・・・・・ All electrical appliances in the hotel will be unavailable during the power outage.
Please note that the baggage port, air conditioning, television, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, room lighting, as well as the toilet and shower will also be unavailable.
* Please make sure to keep the inside of the refrigerator 【empty】 during the above-mentioned time.
Also, please make sure to unplug any electronic devices you bring, such as laptops, from the power outlets.
* Please be aware that if electrical appliances remain plugged in during a power outage, there is a risk of malfunction.
■ Water Supply ・・・・・・・ Due to the pump system, both cold and hot water will be unavailable.
■ Laundry ・・・・ Laundry services will not be available during the power outage.
Please start using the facilities by around 9:00 a.m. in preparation for the power outage.
Also, please be sure to collect your items by 11:00 if you are using the service.
■ Baggage Storage ・・・ During the power outage, the Baggage Port (automatic luggage check-in machine) will not be available.
Please use the lockers with keys.
If fully loaded, we will keep your luggage at the hotel office, so please contact the staff.
