A traditional Japanese breakfast set made with Koshihikari rice, directly sourced from Komatsu.
This is a special dish crafted by the head chef.
The "Chef's Daily Small Dish" is a colorful obanzai that makes use of local ingredients.

We use vegetables from local greengrocers in our salads and miso soup, expressing the flavors of Hokuriku on one plate.
The main dish, miso soup, and side dishes change daily, so guests staying multiple nights can enjoy a variety.

The drink bar offers coffee and orange juice.
