Cleaning During Your Stay

Room cleaning, garbage collection, and the exchange of linens (sheets) and towels will not be performed,but for hygiene reasons, regular cleaning will be conducted once every three days.

Customers who wish to have towel exchanges or cleaning on days other than regular cleaning days will be charged an additional fee.
Towel exchange: 200 yen per time, Regular cleaning: 2,000 yen per time
